David Lozier has been concentrating in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation since leaving his corporate practice as an associate at the law firm of Buchanan Ingersoll in 1990. A graduate of the College of William and Mary and its School of Law, Mr. Lozier concentrates his practice in complex medical malpractice, both in trial and appellate advocacy. His proudest accomplishment is a two million dollar verdict in Allegheny County for a negligent facial surgery which left his client with a lifetime of pain. Notable seven-figure recoveries for his clients have also included the fields of highway and workplace safety. Mr. Lozier travels the rural roads of Western Pennsylvania, serving his clients and frequently appearing in over one dozen county courts on their behalf. Mr. Lozier lectures in the field of medical malpractice and medical record confidentiality, particularly to paralegals and medical technicians and nurses.
Mr. Lozier was a helicopter pilot in the US Army with the 101st Airborne Division and in Cold War Korea. Mr. Lozier and his wife, Beth, reside in Beaver County, PA with their two daughters. He is active in Chippewa United Methodist Church, and has served for ten years as Patterson Heights Borough Council President. He is currently Vice Chairman of the Beaver County Republican Committee.
