Sherry Pugliano

Sherry Pugliano has been with Harry S. Cohen & Associates since 2002 and has over 18 years experience in the medical/legal fields. Her unique experience as a medical paralegal makes her invaluable in screening and recognizing potential cases. By knowing exactly what critical information is needed when clients call with a potential case, Sherry plays a substantial role in evaluating our initial case reviews.

Also, as a paralegal specializing in medical malpractice in Pennsylvania (in both the state and federal court jurisdictions), West Virginia and Ohio, Sherry works closely with the attorneys and medical staff preparing complaints, petitions, motions, answering discovery, corresponding with clients, obtaining and organizing medical records, deposition preparation, trial preparation, research, preparing settlement documents, negotiating liens, and appeal case work.

Ms. Pugliano is a graduate of Sto-Rox Senior High School and resides in Kennedy Township with her two sons, Antonio and Santino.
